1. Design – Your website design is of upmost importance. Successful websites use a simple template because it eases the user in the reading process. By hiding large paragraphs and using pictures it increases the longevity of a user on your website. Another good decision is to use a large font in the heading of a topic to highlight what the paragraph is about and if it will be useful for the user or not.
2. Website navigation- Your header should provide the key pages that your business wants to showcase. This can include media , services , contact , company information, blogs and more. Having a light header that sits at the top of the browser is beneficial because it makes the page look better as well as shows more of the actual content.
3.  CTA – Call to Action( these buttons are used to perform specific actions ) when writing a website there should always be a goal. If it is to schedule a call there should be a “call here ” button. If the goal is to sell a product there should be a button called “purchase here.” Attracting visitors is great but so is attracting revenue.
4. Mobile friendly website – your website needs to be accessible on multiple devices. You don’t know if the user is on their phone , ipad or computer. In each case you should be prepared and so should your website. When building your website or hiring a professional make sure to get this done.
5. SEO – Now you have a pretty decent website its time to increase your ranking on google. This will help you generate traffic and you can use google analytics to view how many users visit your website. SEO can be on page or off page and is most effective by using keywords that trend high on google trends.
